    Made a mobile order for some ice cream. Nothing crazy just a couple shakes and two banana splits. After sitting in the drive thru line, checking in at the speaker box, then getting to the window I'm told to pull forward since they're still working on it. I pull forward and waited for roughly 20 min watching 4 cars behind me in line get their food drinks and ice cream so I went in to check on it. When I asked about it I get yelled at that she's "working on it". Why did it take over a half hour after getting to the window to make a few ice creams.

    It sad you cant even get a milk shake right, and knowing what I ordered was not right!! This is for the Waverly location, asked and ordered a milk shake and it had no bananas like I wanted and was runny like drinking milk . Poor food service

    My whole meal should've been refunded, they were too busy rushing not caring what they gave out. When they gave me fresh fries, they gave me only one when I needed two. They gave me a dine-in on my order but I specifically said take-out, so we had to refund that. By the time I was done, my chicken was rubbery and my blizzards were melted. Also, the inside of the restaurant was very dirty.

    We were in line for quite a while behind one vehicle at the drive thru window. When we finally pulled up to the window, we waited and watched two employees talk and laugh and dance and be on their phones. Finally, one of them looked at the window and seemed surprised to see us waiting there. After taking our money, we were handed two of the three blizzards we ordered. They didn’t bother turning them upside down or giving us napkins. The third blizzard had to be retrieved from elsewhere and was delivered to us the same way as the first two. Had to ask for napkins before leaving. All three blizzards were melted and one didn’t have any angel food cake in it, only the flavoring. The m&m’s blizzard was bland and hanging off the side of the cup. We stop here every time we travel through and this is the worst service we’ve ever received here or any Dairy Queen for that matter. Very unprofessional and definitely not worth $14
