The employee who served me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude toward customers was unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was in poor condition. The floor was visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness gave a very bad impression. I’ve visited many Chipotle locations in Ohio, and this one was by far the worst. Poor customer service combined with poor cleanliness is simply unacceptable for a restaurant. Management seriously needs to address the way customers are treated and the cleanliness standards at this location.

The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point, the employee asked me, “Why are you looking at me?” for no reason, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful. On top of the terrible service, the restaurant was not clean and the overall environment was unpleasant. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and cleanliness. I have never had such an uncomfortable experience at a fast-food restaurant.

The only’s just talking to each other on the other side the food catering side not even greeting customers. Nothing looked done food wise or it looked old and the last few times I’ve had food here it has not been good. It’s tasted stale(chips) and the food burnt and different from other chipotles. Go to any other Chipotle!
