  Service was perfect. Abby was wonderful, and the hostess and food runner were great! The calamari was tender and tasty, and the Shrimp and Scallop linguini Alla Vodka was VERY good! Light and flavorful sauce with well prepared seafood. Unfortunately, with the chicken trio, one was undercooked, one was overdone, and the last was okay. The Alfredo is very mediocre and bland, as is the bread and oil. Still had a really nice time! Thanks Abby!

  Steak and chicken cooked perfectly… never dry! Sicilian chicken soup is homemade on location… SO good! Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent waitress (Abbie)… there when we needed her but not stopping by ‘too’ much, pleasant/friendly and warm, knowledgeable, food delivered hot, went the extra mile to make things easy for us!😊

  We had such a great experience celebrating a birthday dinner, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Andrew! He was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, always checking in at the perfect times and making sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out smoothly, and any small request we had was handled right away with a positive attitude. Andrew really helped make the birthday feel special, and you can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. It made our whole visit more enjoyable—definitely one of the best service experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

  If you go to Carrabba’s Italian Grill, do yourself a favor and ask for Andrew—seriously. From the second you sit down, he’s locked in. Friendly without being over the top, attentive without hovering… the kind of server who just gets it. He makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time walking through the door. Service? On point every single time. Drinks never empty, timing is perfect, and he somehow keeps everything running smooth without you even noticing. He’s dialed into the details. Personality? Top tier. Easy to talk to, genuine, and brings a great energy to the table that makes the whole experience better. And the food? Always comes out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be—and Andrew makes sure of it. He knows the menu, gives great recommendations, and clearly takes pride in making sure everything hits. Honestly, it’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers like that. Andrew doesn’t just serve tables—he elevates the entire experience. 10/10. Every time. ~ Michael Poulter

  I've been to many Carrabba's while on travel due to their overall consistency between locations. That said, when we were in Miamisburg last month we had the pleasure of having Chad as our server. He was attentive and witty throughout our meal. Also, he made light of several minor situations and had us laughing on multiple occasions (huge plus for my wife). Not only did he do Carrabba's right by how he represented the brand, but he also made us feel like we truly mattered and that he appreciated us being there. Excellent overall service (I upped all my other ratings because of the service as well).
