- CPChelsea PattersonJun 28, 20262.0Took our family of 4 here to eat. We were very excited to find a Sit Down Pizza Hut. We will not be returning. The service is very very slow. We were greeted when we walked in and told to pick a table and someone would be with us. We waited a solid 5-8 minutes just for someone to being us our menus and take our drink orders. (There was a few tables inside but they were not busy). Another 5 minutes on drinks. (Mind you I can see our waiter just roaming around the kitchen area and they had 4-5 people in there working.) We received drinks then he went to wait on another table to get their drinks. 10 minutes later he returns for our order. At this point we've been seated for atleast 25 minutes and just getting our order in. 30 minutes later we get out food. Food was decent, breadsticks were great, pan pizza was sub-par and cooked unevenly. Edges burnt but not all of the cheese in the middle was melted. Breadsticks is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. During our visit the kitchen would go from 4-5 people working to all the sudden 1 person was there and the rest would disappear for 5 minutes then come back. This repeated. Also they did not clear any of the dirty tables while we were there, old food and plates scattered on most of the tables. Everything seemed very sticky the table was sticky, the floor. The whole restaurant needs a nice cleaning.
