  By far my favorite location! Always has fresh food and their service is wonderful! Really reminds you that some people really do love and take their jobs seriously. My new weekly lunch spot!

  I just want to give Qdoba a shoutout because I had a really good experience! I ordered through DoorDash, but DoorDash didn’t give me the option to add something I wanted, so I called the Qdoba to see if they could do it for me. I talked to Chris, the general manager, and he was literally so nice and helpful. He added it to my order with no questions asked and was very polite the whole time. I really appreciated that because he definitely didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did! Then when I went to pick up my order yesterday, the girl working was also super nice. She asked us how we were doing and was just really friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was honestly great. Definitely wanted to leave a review because good customer service deserves to be recognized! And shoutout to Chris because he was amazing! ❤️

  It was a younger lady there with two braids who had a horrible attitude you could feel her energy. She threw my sour cream on the floor the co worker was waiting on her to pick it up he had to pick it up. She was very cold un Freindly. The younger man apologized for her attitude. There was only two people working understaffed..This was the Harvard location the young man was fine. Didn't have all ingredients. Food was bad wouldn't go back there.....felt enegy almost walked out before I got service.

  I placed an order using doordash. I received a call from my dasher sharing that they were at the Qdoba and a person came to the door and told them someone else picked up my order and they were closed. I called the store and the representative was very rude and dismissive stating that they already gave our food to a driver. We waited over 1 hour for our delivery with no apologies, understanding, nothing. I would not recommend this location. Very rude customer service and no accountability.
