  I had a large order and not only did they help with certain dietary restrictions, they were extremely fast. In addition we found a minor error with one of the dietary orders and Chris fixed it on the spot. Will be back for more catering needs

  Chris, the owner actually took the time to speak to me and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The fact that he genuinely cared about the service I received was awesome and far from the normal. Food was good as usual but the atmosphere and staff made the difference. I can now put the Jimmy John’s back in rotation when I’m in the office.

  Owner (maybe?) asked me to leave a review, told him this is the only one I go to. I live in Akron and work up here, and they are the best place around. Never get my order or sandwich wrong.

  Immediately as you walk in your greeted with hellos and big smiles! the restaurant is always nicely clean and the bathrooms never a mess. The sandwiches are made perfectly in every way. From the fresh bread to the added meats of your choice ( I always get the tuna) and sometimes indulge with the oatmeal cookie .... even that's tasty and not too sugary. Cant say enough about the staff and food at this location. I go there everyday and they NEVER FAIL ME. Always tasty.
