  I've been visiting this location twice a week for past six years.And every time I get fantastic service and the sandwiches are fantastic.Chris makes sure is that everything is right?A pricing are great.The location is great.It's on my way home.But the only thing I had to complain about is the parking lot.Where the drive through goes, there's so many potholes where i recently had to get new tires. Because I pop one in their parking lot.

  The Jimmy John's in Warrensville Heights is outstanding. The family that prepares and serves the food are hard working, congenial (just nice people)and will do whatever it takes to please the customer.The sandwiches are excellent. I highly recommend them.---Bill Leahy

  I have been coming to this location for past couple years.And what I noticed in past couple years, under the new management, the service has changed drastically, and my sandwich is always our perfect and tasty.I would definitely recommend this taste to all my friends.

  Chris the manager is fantastic! They were busy at lunch but moved efficiently. The food was great! I will be coming here more often!
