- 222006jayden2 days ago1.0I was the only customer in the store at 1pm, 5 employees working , no greeting or acknowledgement by any of the staff. I stood at the counter and waited until someone finally decided to come over and assist me. After my order was given to me, several staff members starting laughing and speaking in their native language. Poor customer service, and several flies were flying all over the shop, thats a concern. Poor customer will cause DD to loose customers.

First of all , how you change the meal in a $6 meal deal smh . Secondly, I asked that my sandwich be made a certain way and it came to me with bacon not well done and like it’s been sitting for hours .. the ONLY thing that was good was the has browns! I only came to this location bc it is close to my job but I will be going to the one by my house from now on ! They listen ! I will not be back nor will I recommend if anything I will tell ppl to stay away from this one

The issues I run into are the wake up wraps tasting like cleaning chemicals (specifically the cleaner used for the turbo chef ovens - I used to manage a Dunking for 6 years) My drinks are never consistently made the same. I've gotten cold food, sometime still even frozen, and I've gotten stale donuts. This latest visit I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it looked like the bagel was "buttered" with cream cheese or as though my bagel was used to "clean" off the spreader. I know people will ask why I keep going back if I keep receiving terrible products...its convience. But maybe its time to change the route to work and hit a different breakfast place.

Poor service & the food is never prepared properly.. and they are the worst when it comes to preparing your iced coffee.. I hope this review reaches someone of higher authority to get that staff prepared its as if they are Incapable of following the instructions you put in place when ordering..

They kept taking care of the drive-thru and just kept looking at me like if I wasn’t there and talking in their language and laughing very rude .
