- CCChris ColterAug 22, 20261.0Employees looked and sounded frustrated. No smiles. Small portions compared to other locations. They were out of Honey Chicken and Fajitas. I asked for fresh chips and I got stale chips. There is no excuse for being out of ingredients and stale chips. This is a franchise. Franchises have systems. Systems are designed to prevent this from happening. This location has many issues.

- LLLegend LewisAug 16, 20261.0Awful!!! They open at 10:45 and @ 10:50 we pulled on a locked door, full staff ignored customers waiting outside the door. Customers pointed to the door being still locked and a few staff members started to rudely animate irritation, raising their hands while yelling back at customers as if could hear them through the window. I would never even want to approach people acting in such a manner as they did. They are upset and the day hadn’t even started. Just because customers were expecting them to be open during opening hours. We left immediately. If you act in this manner when the doors are closed, I couldn’t imagine once the doors open! Closed this location down or restaff the entire building! Oh my!

- JMJonathan MartinAug 3, 20263.0The food is always good but the restaurant is never opened on time. It’s the 3rd time in a month I get there at 10:45-10:50 and they aren’t open. I have an early lunch and they just lose my business to chick fil an every time. They didn’t have steak, honey chicken or anything cooked by 11:05am.
