  Got off work late at 10:30 wanted chipotle so bad online it says they close at 11:00 I rushed over and they said they were close I got there at 10:35. Very disappointed please never go there.

  Manager: Big goofy clown who walks around with a clip board and pretends she doing something Workers: Move slower than the zombies from The Walking Dead series. Placed an online order in the parking lot of Life Time fitness. The order said it was ready for pick up. I go there and stand near the order pick up shelf for about 10 minutes, no one said a word to me, no staff asked if I needed anything. I asked the cashier if he knew where my order was, the lady working the online order station said “do you want white or brown rice?” Meaning, she didn’t even start making the order yet. I continue waiting for her to make my food so I can leave. At this point my wife just wants a refund and to leave, but the cashier went on lunch break. So I stood there another 20 minutes before the lady made my order, she brought it to me & I checked the order at my car. They forgot to throw in my kids chips for 2 kids meals. I went back inside and waited another 6 minutes to get a worker to get me my kids chips. This store really needs to be closed. I’m a Navy vet, the lack of sense of urgency and the lack of customer service really pissed me off.

  Went to the store at 6:39pm and waited till 7:09 for chicken to be told its going to be 15 mins more, mind you its dinner time and they have 6 people working there. Very poorly managed store

  The ladies working the line and register were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all their kindness and help as I got my order today. I wish I got their names so I could give them a personal shout-out but I hope they read this and despite any other negativity in other reviews, they know that I appreciated their amazing customer service. I hope Chipotle gives them a raise for all their hard work!

  It is approximately 1 hour after the opening time of 10:45 and still not open. Also, unwilling to give an estimated time of opening. It it June 7, 2026 at 11:45am and they still aren't open. Also when they are open this chipotle frequently is out of their basic ingredients.
