As i walked away I noticed multiple boxes of ready tenders just sitting under the heating lamp. Wowwww

You walk in and everyone is waiting for their food, almost no one in line. We ordered and our cashier seemed easily confused, almost like it was her first day. Then they lost our order. I waited among the throng of people and after 15 minutes I asked about our order. They couldn’t find any evidence of our order in their system, so I gave them my receipt and they placed it again. 30 minutes later I finally received my food… apparently there was some sort of hold up with the salad. 45 minutes total for me to get my family’s food! Everywhere you looked there were employees but they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. One group of employees looked like they were taking their break in the middle of the dining room, standing clustered together in the middle of the walkway, chatting like old friends who hadn’t seen each other for a while. The manager did end up comping our meal which was appreciated. However considering the staff she has to work with… I imagine that happens a lot.
