Looks like they marked the order “carry out” when it was “dine in”. Ironically the worker that did it was training new staff. Got a very tepid apology for the wait. For a 22 minute wait, I would have expected more. Watched a worker bring trash with a hole in it spraying stuff all over the floor front the entrance to the register. No one cleaned it up. Clearly not the normal service and organization you’d expect for Chick fil a.

No salutation, asking "is that it?", carrying on a full conversation with co-worker while I'm just sitting there then they both walk away to say something to another co-worker so I pull up to the board then she comes up and blocks the board and says "how can I help you?", no eye contact etc..... this was the first time ever experiencing this. I hope the last. Normally this restaurant gives good service but I've noticed over the last year or so the transition in service. Respectfully,

- TJTyell JohnsonJul 16, 20261.0I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A location. I waited in line for approximately 30 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker , I informed the employee that I had two separate mobile orders. After confirming that they were two different orders, I was placed on hold while they looked them up. The employee returned and told me they had found the orders and that I could pull forward because they were being prepared. When I got to the window, I only received the items from my second order — a small fry and an ice water. I explained to the Team Leader that I had already confirmed both orders with the employee at the speaker. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the Team Leader repeatedly told me I would have to go back around and wait in line again. I explained that I had already been waiting for around 30 minutes and even offered to pay for the missing order again if necessary because I didn't want to spend another half hour in line. The Team Leader insisted that I had not been waiting that long and stated that their system only showed orders going back 9 minutes. However, I showed her a screenshot on my phone showing that 28 minutes had already passed since placing the order. I've managed teams and customer service operations for most of my career and hold an MBA, so I understand that mistakes happen. What was disappointing was not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and unfortunately this is not the first negative experience I've had at this location. Based on my experience, it feels like orders may be cleared from their system quickly to improve drive-thru timing metrics, even when customers are still waiting. Whether that's the case or not, customers shouldn't be told their wait time didn't happen when they can clearly document it. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chick-fil-A restaurant.I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A location.
