  We went here on 5/16 a little over an hour before our movie was supposed to start. We got our drinks and 40min went by without us receiving our food. At this point we started to leave because our movie was starting in 20min. Our food came as soon as we were getting ready to leave. Our food was at that point cold, almost as if it was sitting in the window. We did not complain, we ate our cold food and paid the bill. My best friend did complain about his food being cold as the restaurant was not busy, and our food should not have taken 45min to come out. when he complained to the manager, she just looked at him up and down, and said there was nothing she can do. He ended up paying $65 for a cold meal. At this point we will not be going back to this location, the service was horrible, and the servers were busy talking to each other, instead of providing service

  On 5/10/26 me and my wife ordered food, it was terrible. All my food was dried out like it had just been sitting and then bought out to me and my wife. Food was horrible!!!

  Today was Mother's Day and Sariana was the only waitress on the floor at the time. I would like to say, she did an apex job being attentive and positive. She was kind, smiled, and was very patient. I would also like to thank Mike and Andy They both did a wonderful job as well! Helped when they could bringing drinks, food orders, and getting us seated to our table! Beautiful teamwork.

  I've been to a lot of BWs and this one is not managed well. This was the dirtiest BWs location I have visited in the last 25 years. BWs needs to raise the standard at this location.

  Our experience started off pretty rocky. When we arrived, no one was available to seat us, and after waiting, I actually had to go into the kitchen to find someone to come out and help—not just us, but about three other parties who were also waiting. That was definitely frustrating and not the best first impression. Because of that, my date and I decided to just sit at the bar—and honestly, I’m really glad we did. Andy, the bartender, completely turned the night around for us. He greeted us right away, was attentive the entire time, and delivered excellent service with a great attitude. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Andy truly stood out and I highly recommend he be considered for a management position. His level of hospitality made all the difference. Overall, despite the rough start, we ended up enjoying our night. I’d give the experience an 8/10.
