I stopped into this Taco Bell for a quick lunch and was blown away by two exceptional employees “Miss Kylie” and “Miss Ivory.” Although I prefer my Mexican food a bit more authentic, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal AND the outstanding customer service that I received that afternoon. I will return to this Taco Bell with the hope that Miss Ivory will again make my “Mexican Pizzas,” and that Miss Kylie delivers them to me!

That was horrible and may well have been my worst taco bell experience across the nation in 30 years.

I don’t like posting negative reviews, but this was unacceptable for any business. There are way too many options out there to deal with this kind of service. The facility was dirty, not just the dining area but the kitchen as well, which is even more concerning when you’re serving food. Even the kiosks were dirty to the point I didn’t even want to touch them. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. She could not even finish the conversation and kept giving reasons instead of solutions, then walked away to go back to pushing out food rather than actually addressing the concern. There were plenty of employees working, and with kiosks handling orders, there is even less reason for basic cleanliness and customer service to be lacking. If something is dirty, pull someone from the line and have it cleaned. That is what management is supposed to do. I sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for my food and watched people come and go without being acknowledged. Orders were just left on the counter with no names called, no communication, and no basic interaction. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. The kiosks may speed things up, but they have completely taken away any level of service, and it shows. My empty drink cup sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes, and I didn’t even know it was mine. The only time I was acknowledged was after I spoke up when they finally brought my food and I said, “oh, that’s my cup.” I would gladly wait longer for my food if it meant a clean facility and basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I didn’t even want to touch anything because of how dirty it was, while being ignored at the same time. This is not a one time issue. When it keeps happening, it shows a lack of care. We run a business too, and even with fewer employees, we make sure our customers are taken care of. If something is brought to our attention, we fix it. We do not make excuses. We will not be back to this location. We eat out often and have not seen this level of poor service and lack of cleanliness in quite some time. At this point, I would rather go somewhere I can sit down and actually be acknowledged as a human being instead of feeling like I am just being rushed through. It takes seconds to acknowledge a customer. You can be busy, your hands can be full, but a simple “have a nice day” goes a long way. Ignoring people is not acceptable. If something is dirty, clean it. It is that simple. Customers are the ones keeping businesses open. If customers are treated like this, they will choose to go elsewhere. People can have their own opinions, but experiences like this are exactly why people call it Taco Hell.
