  Rude employees with no sense of customer service, food is subpar at best! Save your money and eat elsewhere. Just terrible experience. Wish there was zero stars

  quality has dropped. every nacho fry i have gotten in the past month or two has had 0 seasoning at all. went back through to have them remake it and they said they do not remake food for any reason. this place is run by entitled 16 year olds

  Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Comparing it to the other real Mexican restraunts is like apples and oranges. But if you find a good Taco Bell, the food will be good-ish, service fast-ish and good value. Unfortunately, this was not o "good" Taco Bell. In spite of the new facility and relatively clean interior, we did not have a good experience. I ordered 3 Dorito Tacos and my partner a chicken quesadilla and soft TACO. All 3 of my tacos had broken shells with filling falling out. The quesadilla was very bland. Service was slow. 10 min from order to service. I will say I like the Taco Bell auto ordering kiosk. Much more intuitive than Mickey-D's.

  Being busy is understandable, but that doesn't mean that the service should become subpar. A little friendliness and attention to customers goes a long way, even during a rush. I'm not sure what happened here. We had no problem waiting. I'd rather wait for food that was prepared correctly than food that was thrown together. Unfortunately this visit felt more rushed than welcoming and the quality of service reflected it.
