  This is by far the rudest, unprofessional, uneducated (cant count or follow directions) and heaven forbid you try and get what u paid for or at least something to the equivalent of what you already paid for they get so nasty and rude and seriously act like your trying to rip them off!!!! Its so unreal, take the extra time and find another McDonald's because this one is worthless. Its also not just based on one visit, ive luved by this one for years and theres just no professionalism at all!

  The GM Tracy has got to be the most unprofessional manger, I’ve ever seen. The way I’ve witnessed her speaking to her employees at this location is insane. She is very loud and her voice carries. You can hear her not only inside the restaurant but through the outside while in the drive thru line screaming and shouting at her poor workers. I witnessed while waiting for my food a young boy who looked like it was his first day on the job probably his first job ever as he looked young accidentally break their counter tray on accident. She proceeded to scream at the kid in front of a lobby full of customers and insisted he was going to pay $30 for the tray. I hope the young boy didn’t pay the $30 for the tray as that’s very much illegal. I heard the manager lady say to another employee if he doesn’t pay the $30 she’d just cut his hours. After I witnessed that in their lobby I quit coming to this McDonalds. I now understand why their food is always cold or wrong, until they fix their GM the Parkman McDonald’s will continue to decline. Nobody wants to hear a loud mouth obnoxious shouting at her employees like dogs while trying to enjoy their breakfast sandwich.

  The customer service there is bad. And half the time they have strawberry cream pies or ice cream. And sometimes you sit there for hours..

  This is the worst McDonald's around. The last three times my burgers were burnt. Today I went to the drive through for breakfast and couldn't even order because the manager was yelling at the staff. I'll just go to Champion now.

  Terrible service everytime we go to this location.. its always a really long wait and our orders are pretty much 96% of the time messed up in some way.. we were there yesterday evening and it was a mess both inside and drive thru several customers were highly upset about the wait it was taking to not only place your order but to also get your food... it was ridiculous!!!!!!
