  3rd time with absolute terrible service!!! Wish I could give negative stars!!!!! Tonight we pull up to drive thru at 7:48 and we’re asked to wait one moment and guess what?!?!? We waited ten minutes with no cars in line at all!!! Not cars at drive thru window or anything so we pulled forward and they are all just standing in there laughing and having a good ole time just losing business. Trash establishment this turned into. This has happened the last three times we have been here . They ask you to wait and never come back to speaker so they now you’ll leave and they get paid to hang out and not have to work. You make people wait give them a realistic expectation of the wait time. What a shame this used to be a destination location and now it’s turned into the McDonald’s to avoid. A-shame they are losing you money and being paid to do it.

  Drove an hour to take my family to a McDonald's that looks just like the one next door. What happened to the second floor that made this place unique? Extremely disappointed.

  Customer service terrible, food with cold, Waited 12 minutes for a mobile order with only two cars in the Drive-Thru... what happened to this place?😒 oh and the one lady was scratching her nose and then touch the napkins and put them on my back that was classy
