  There is always someone standing near the drive thru asking for money. Very bad corner for business.

  For the last couple months, at least I have been coming to this location only because the crew in the early afternoon and the woman that works a lot of the overnights, I have had the BEST service ever here. I genuinely mean that. Staff’s attitudes are friendly and helpful. Bagels are perfectly toasted, and hashbrowns are never soggy. My coffee is mixed to perfection. But most of all, there’s a crew of really, really great people who are working and doing fantastic at their jobs. 💜 Please make sure they get their flowers. In a world full of underpaid workers, just struggling to get by, They deserve recognition for going above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience for the customer. Companies would not exist if it were not for the people like the ones operating this Dunkin location keeping them going with a smile! 🫶🏻

  This location has the best morning crew. there always very cheerful, speedy when ordering (super helpful) and they all serve you with a smile even the food guy that’s just handing out your food. They also know my order by heart now which is super funny 😂💕 needless to say I tipped everyone that came to the window!

  Our drinks are always made correctly. Customer service is always impeccable. In my opinion the best Dunkin Donuts in Warren, Ohio. Besides the one in Cortland they have great customer service and food is always right.

  This Dunkin does just fine with the products, but they fail with the customer experience. It's drive thru only, so they do not have to deal with in- store customers at all. The problem is that the management does not require their personnel to be courteous to customers when they are speaking to them via the drive thru system. What do I mean? I get to the ordering spot and the order taker cuts off the pre-recorded greeting and all I get is, "Order when ready." That's it. No "Welcome to Dunkin," no "Good morning," no courtesy, no politeness. If management isn't going to require their employees to be friendly and courteous to paying customers, then they could at least let them play the canned greeting that is supposed to play when a customer pulls up to order. I can't tell you how off-putting this lack of courtesy is to me. I have options, and I choose to spend my money at a place that expects their employees to be polite to customers.
