My bagels have been rockhard and I ordered through Grubhub so it ain’t like I can just go and have them make a new one I called them and he’s like well “Did you put toasted or lightly toasted?” I said “I put toasted cause there’s an option for dark toasted so I thought toasted was just normal!” so next time I put lightly toasted AND STILL my bagels were rock hard. My iced coffee was disgusting and it didn’t taste nothing like mocha! THE PLACE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!
