- TDTom D2 days ago1.0The service at this location has always been questionable compared to other locations I have visited throughout the country. I was ordering inside the restaurant for my family and asked for a large mac & cheese for my 7-year-old son. The team member told me they only had half a pan left and it was reserved for the drive-through because they "don't like to sell out." I asked to speak with the person in charge, and she told me she could not serve us from the remaining half pan for the same reason. I explained to her directly that mac & cheese is the only thing my son eats, and she still refused, saying it had to be saved for drive-through. The food was there. It was intentionally withheld from an in-store guest in favor of the drive-through. That's not the Chick-fil-A standard. Not sure the late S. Truett Cathy would approve.

She wouldn't respond to thank you, not a you're welcome,my pleasure, nothing but bad attitude and she never asked if we needed anything.
