  samantha miner has horrible costumer service, we pulled up to lane 1 & she didn’t repeat the drinks, my friend asked for a sip lid ignored & threw the lid aggressively. past 3 times coming here she’s been in lane 1 & is a horrible person at her job.

  So, as far as coffee is concerned this place is overhyped. The standard coffee is very milk base, they use breve..you can probably ask for shots of espresso I'm sure but the standard coffee itself is very milky not coffee base, again maybe ask for an extra espresso shot if you like coffee and not coffee milk. If you don't care for the strong coffee taste , this is your place 🥰

  I wanted to like this place because I hate Starbucks and Mudslingers has limited hours but it wasn't a great experience. I ordered a medium black coffee and apparently in 2026 you have to specify that you want hot coffee. That wasn't even my biggest issue. I'll even move past the obnoxious "iTs GuNna AsK yOu A qUeStIoN" thing because that's just a norm at every business now. The biggest issue was when I told the girl I wanted (hot) coffee, she went to get the manager and stood outside of the building/hut thing and screamed into it for the manager. Not yelling, not loudly speaking, screaming. Like an idiot. Just a very unprofessional atmosphere and lackluster service.

  While the coffee was tasty (as someone who like sugary drinks). The issue lies in the fact that I had an allergic reaction due to them mixing up the drinks I feel that this could be avoided if they actually labeled which drink is which. Luckily I figured it out after the first sip and I didn’t have a worse reaction.

  I'm not one to get immediately upset or ask for a manager or things like that but the gentleman that took our order was very close to my break point. I was close to just reversing out of the line and leaving because his entire attitude turned me away from the whole company. I chose to not get anything from there based on the way he acted and let the other party in my vehicle get what they wanted. She did say her drink was delicious but I will not be returning or giving them my money. I didn't get the persons name unfortunately. For context, I pulled into this 7 brew and was greeted by an expression that can be best described as "why are you bothering me, I don't want to be here" and that was before I even got to say hello. And then it was quick snarky remarks when asking about the menu that I was apparently supposed to look at before deciding to come there. "Just go on your phone and look at the menu" I just don't know how hard it is to tell me what kinds of things you have here. I didn't know I had to know the menu like the back of my hand before coming somewhere for the first time. He was just unhelpful, rude, had the the. The don't want to be here attitude and all around gave bad vibes.. Everyone else seemed to be nice but I'm not returning.. you can keep your drinks.
