  The way Jessica and the manager treated my elderly mother was unacceptable. My mom is DoorDashing to make ends meet and deserves basic courtesy while picking up an order. According to my mom, Jessica was extremely rude from the start. My mom brushed off the attitude and waited patiently. While waiting, she decided to get a buffet box for herself to go. There was no spatula available, so she picked up the last two slices from the tray by hand. I understand that restaurants have food handling rules, and staff can address that. But my mom described Jessica rushing over and yelling at her in front of a restaurant full of customers. Instead of calming the situation, the manager Dee joined in, with both raising their voices and leaving her deeply embarrassed. A calm explanation would have handled the issue. Publicly humiliating an elderly woman was completely unnecessary. I’m extremely disappointed that the manager helped escalate the situation instead of showing professionalism and respect.

  I am extremely disappointed with the way my mother was treated at this Pizza Hut. My mom came in as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order and decided she was also going to purchase a single slice of pizza for herself. When she went to grab a box to package the slice and bring it to the register, an employee named Jessica aggressively began yelling at her. I was on the phone with my mom during this interaction and could hear what was happening. My mom attempted to explain what she was doing, but Jessica continued screaming over her and yelling in her face. My mom was so embarrassed by the interaction that she walked out of the store. When I realized that the person speaking to my mother this way was an EMPLOYEE, I encouraged her to go back in and ask for the employee’s name so the situation could be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, when my mom returned, Jessica began yelling at her again, and additional voices joined in, speaking over her and yelling at her rather than allowing her to explain herself. As someone who works in HR and customer service, I was absolutely appalled. There is no excuse for treating another human being this way, especially someone who is simply trying to pick up an order and make a purchase. Even if there was a misunderstanding, it should have been handled with basic respect, professionalism, and communication. I also called to speak with the store manager to ensure the situation would be addressed and to request information for contacting someone higher up. I was given a phone number that was out of service, which made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but how employees choose to treat people matters. No customer or delivery driver should have to leave an establishment feeling humiliated because of the way they were spoken to. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, addresses the behavior involved, and provides employees with the training and accountability needed to prevent this from happening to someone else. Do better. People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

  My husband and I have called multiple weeks to see what day/s they do their buffet and every time we call it’s a different day. Last week we were gonna go we called before hand as to we live 35 mins away. We called and the lady on the phone said it was going on from 5-8. We had called about 5:30. So we make the drive there. It looks dead. Which doesn’t look good especially for a buffet. We go inside and I ask the host. And he tells us it’s not going on. At this point I laugh and I go we just called about 40 mins ago and was told it was and now its not? He proceeds to tell us they do it on this day. They need to educate there staff on what days things are going on.

  Had a great date night and good pizza. Love the salad bar!!! Isaac waited on us and was wonderful. Such a positive and happy guy.

  A group of us came in on a sunday evening to celebrate a 4 year old birthday party. Mind you this little girl has been saying for months she wants to have her birthday at pizza hut “inside” well the dining room said closed due to short staff, we turned to leave any the young man that was the manager came out and said he would serve us. party saved! he was so nice and attentive to our little party! will give this location business due to the service we received tonight from everyone working! thank you!
