    Waited in line for 15 mins. 5 cars left. Then we got to the window and told to wait more. They were serving one person every seemingly 5 mins. I think they need more help or something. We left. Also, should’ve known better because it is always like this.

    Utilized the drive thru. The cashier came on the speaker 6 times to say I'll be with you shortly. I only wanted a large fry. After paying, it took 11 minutes to receive the fries which made me late returning to work. To add insult to injury the grease was old.

    Worst experience I have ever had with fast food 100% completely unacceptable the manager is rude I waited 24 minutes parked outside the drive through for 2 kids meals and 1 meal and I have to walk back to the window and she gives me a huge attitude saying oh I’m the only person here with 3 people standing right next to her smh I will never return and I was coming here 2/3 times a week literally the worst customer service

    I rarely eat fast food. Arby used to have the best fish sandwiches so I decided to get one on my way home. It was like trying to chew through a piece of rubber. Absolutely disgusting.It was not freshly made. They usually will drop a fish filet down to be deep fried. I have no idea how long this fish sat for. I am so tired of giving my heart earned money and getting disgusting food. Now I remember why I quit eating fast food if I would have had time. I would have turned around and taken too much back. But I did not.I will just never go there again

    Was at the drive through on March 14th and arrived at the dive through window around 8.50pm and sat there for over 5 minutes and was asking if anyone was there multiple times with absolutely no response... only got to order food because we drove up to the window and waited for someone to come. Then they got the order wrong on top of it. I would also like to add that there wasn't anyone in line in front of us to order when we arrived. There was a car at the pick-up window but that was it.
