  It's always really awkward in the drive through when the person is just o_o when you're like "thank you have a nice day!" After they didn't say a word to you before and you only heard from the person in the background what your food items were. Then she just walks away with the window open and I have to assume my order is complete and I can go.

  I got the new BBQ pulled brisket. Disgusting. There was so little meat that when I unwrapped it all I saw was 2 buns. 60% of what meat was in there were blobs of fat so there was very little i could actually eat. A complete waste of $10.

  Waited in line for 15 mins. 5 cars left. Then we got to the window and told to wait more. They were serving one person every seemingly 5 mins. I think they need more help or something. We left. Also, should’ve known better because it is always like this.

  Utilized the drive thru. The cashier came on the speaker 6 times to say I'll be with you shortly. I only wanted a large fry. After paying, it took 11 minutes to receive the fries which made me late returning to work. To add insult to injury the grease was old.
