I had an incident with a driver a few weeks back and I was so upset. I normally do not call and complain, but I felt like I needed to call and tell her about him…. She was very apologetic and very accommodating. I was not looking for my money back or any kind of discount, but she insisted on giving me a discount on my order which I appreciated greatly…. When I called back to use the discount, however, she was even more accommodating and absolutely amazing! I appreciate her!

I called the store and spoke to Jimmy. He didn't even apologize he just asked what did I have on my pizza and he offered to remake it. At least the delivery driver apologized. Good customer service is hard to find!
