Especially after the bogo deal traffic they had to deal with today they were on top of it! The lady at the window deserves a shoutout!! I wish I got her name!

The chicken is often overcooked (charred, more often than not) and the rice is almost always underdone. There always seems to be a shortage or a wait on something. The employees don’t seem to be trained on the portion sizing, or how to keep the line moving efficiently. I can understand a staff shortage here and there but the trash is always overflowing and the counters and surfaces are disgusting. Unfortunately this location is the closest to us, but it has deterred us from going here because of the food quality and restaurant cleanliness
