They used to offer a quesadilla option, the only thing I half way liked. Also they tend to run out of rice or vinaigrette a lot. At all locations. I only go here because for some reason my wife thinks its good. I disagree. I hate it. I also hate the uncomfortable chairs and sterile atmosphere. If I never go again I would be just fine.

Went in for a simple burrito bowl and what I got was an absolute joke. Every single portion was microscopically small. The rice was a pathetic little smear, the beans looked like they counted out 8 individual beans, the chicken (or whatever protein that was) was maybe 3 sad bites, and the guac and toppings? Forget it – barely visible. It looked like they were rationing for the apocalypse back there. This bowl cost me $15+ after tax and the stupid upcharges for guac and extras that weren’t even there. For that price I could’ve gone to a real restaurant and gotten a proper meal that actually fills you up. Instead I walked out still hungry and $15 poorer. The staff seemed completely checked out too – no apology, no extra scoop, nothing. Just “here’s your tiny sad bowl, thanks for the money.” This is the biggest value scam in fast food right now. Chipotle has officially lost the plot. Save your money and go anywhere else. I will never step foot in another Chipotle again, especially not this one. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

What is even more aggravating is when you call the store to speak to someone you can’t speak to anyone and the automated system through chipotle.com is of no help whatsoever This particular chipotle always seems to be the worst! We like chipotle and have great experiences at other locations If this one can be avoided, I would highly recommend avoiding this particular location Go to the one on Miller Lane instead
