  I wish I could give the service a lower score. Employees don't care about serving you and they have no problem showing it. Now I know why this Arby's is never busy.

  I wish I could give this a -5 review! We ordered 3 regular roast beefs to go. The buns were burnt and the meat looked and tasted days old. It was so disgusting that it was inedible. Also, Laura (per the receipt), who took the order, practically threw the bag over the counter without uttering a word (would a thank you kill you). I wouldn't be surprised if this location is shut down like the one on Maxton was. Won't be going back!!!!!!

  Very upset that I want to try to Philadelphia cheese steak sub that they had and it was so cold my cheese wasn't even melted my curly fries warm but it was warm enough for me to still try to eat I was very disappointed in my sandwich. It was very hurt poorest sandwiches I've ever had made for me. 😟

  At this particular location, the drive thru seems to always take a while to get my order to me. Regardless of whether I am the only car there or the time of day, I most always have to wait without any communication as to why or that there even is a wait. It's not the place to go if you're in a hurry. The food is hit or miss. Unfortunately, the other area Arby's locations are closed and this is the only one left that's reasonably close. Not overly impressed.
