  So ive ordered from here 3 times the first 2 times the food has been on point well tonight they dropped the ball i ordered a small pizza get it home and they cut it into 4 pieces when last time it was cut correctly

  My husband and I tried to use a coupon that we got in the mail. We tried to place the order on May 25th. The coupon said that it was good until May 31st, but the lady working there said it was no longer valid. Instead, she kept trying to push other deals they had going on, but we ended up just not ordering anything. Super disappointing, and we won't be giving this location any business in the future.

  Extremely rude staff, she claimed she was the General Manager. It’s very reflective of how the culture there is as a whole if THAT’S who they’re choosing to run things. I understand working retail can be tiresome but when a paying customer is looking forward to feeding their family after a long day & are met with an unprofessional attitude when it comes to a simple card error on MY end— it becomes clear that they not only hate their jobs but hate themselves. Moving forward Papa John’s, I’d advise finding better people with a welcoming attitude. You will confidently lose business if your staff continues to treat people the way they have been.

  They have only been open for a few months but employees are argumentative and incompetent. Not to mention the curb side pick up has back up the plaza to the point it’s become dangerous trying to drive through the plaza. There’s A LOT to be improved on.
