I called to ask about leaving the pizza sauce off of my sandwich. Was told "they can't do that" even though after five minutes of back and forth they just agreed to not ad the sauce to the sandwich. When the food arrived the sandwich in question wasn't made right nor how it usually looks and tastes when we order. It was extremely dry and hard, very little veggies even though I requested "normal". The pizza was also dry and the crust had a chewy texture to it. The flavor wasn't what we expected either, as we have ordered the same pizza in the past. The pizza was "cut" in irregular size pieces and the center wasn't cut at all. The lava cakes we got had some weird substance on the inside of the box that I believe was garlic butter because of the strange taste the lava cakes had. Over the past year the quality and service of this store is less than what we have come to expect from a Domino's Pizza.

Since it clearly wasn’t working, I called in my order instead and asked if they could honor the online deal ($17.99 for a stuffed crust 2-topping pizza and bread bites). They refused, even after I explained the situation, which felt pretty unfair considering the issue was on their end. Placing the order over the phone was also unnecessarily difficult. It took way longer than it should have just to confirm four items, and when I asked for the order to be repeated back, it was done slowly with long pauses, making it feel like a struggle to get basic accuracy. When I arrived for pickup, things didn’t improve. The employee forgot to ring up my bread bites, yet the total didn’t change. I was left standing there awkwardly without any acknowledgment, and the employee walked away without checking on me or fixing the issue. Overall, this was one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the website issues, lack of flexibility, poor communication, and inattentive service, it was extremely disappointing. Thankfully the pizza was good. Wonder how those bread bites were…
