  I went and ordered my food which was made wrong but who cares its McDonald's. There was a lady working that was yelling loudly about how they need to being in a counter person shes tired of there being no counter person the customers dont want to use the kiosk and blah blah blah. I hope to god the owner of this franchise looks at this because SHE IS CORRECT. First off you removed the job several local teens could have had by removing the counter person because you wanted to save money. So basically you gave the kids job to the customer. Except here's the thing. I don't work for you. You don't pay me to do that job. Now if you gave a discount for using the kiosk I might consider it but as it sits you fired several kids so you can force me to do their job for free. NO THANK YOU ill pass. Whats next are you going to raise your prices and make me make my own food? Give a discount for using the kiosk or give the kids back their jobs and get the machines out of there.

  The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Both people at the windows had terrible attitudes.

  15 minutes to get an order.. definitely not fast food. Avoid this place.

  The manager at this location is absolutely rude!! She tells you to move up and forgets about you when all you had was a coffee order. She's extremely nasty about how she tells you too!! She doesn't ask you to please move forward she tells you and not nicely and doesn't give you a second to say anything else before she disappears back into the kitchen.
