  I ordered a kick in chicken wrap online and added some ez crispy onions, ezpickles, ez caesar dressing, which that's the order I usually get at other Jimmy johns, I got my sandwich that wasn't cut (no problem I'm grown I can open it my self) but there was barely anything in here just straight chicken ranch and one tomato and one or two pickles, not even the kick in ranch peppers or anything like that, that automatically come with the wrap. I proceeded to call since I was on the way to work and told them “hey not to be rude and I know u guys obv didn't mean to but I think my sandwich was missing most of the stuff is there any way I could get a refund since I obv can't come back now” there was a gentleman who kindly answered the phone and directed me to what I assume was the manager, the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE, and kept saying “oh I know how I made it I made it like you don't tell me how I made my sandwich” I told her ma’m in not tryna be rude I just wanted my right sandwich and she kept talking to me like I'm some kid. I've worked in the service industry for 7 years I know annoying customers but there was no need to treat me like an idiot and that I was a liar when I was being kind the entire time. I'd say go somewhere else until they figure their customer service out cuz obv they don't know how to deal professionally!

  Watered down mayo, no lettuce, cheese so thin you can see through it. If you can go to any other jimmy johns even one thats closed and you will get better food.

  Horrible service. Ordered delivery and it never came. After 4 hours and multiple phone calls stating they were working on the order, I had to end up cancelling because it never came. Would avoid ordering from them because no one was ever on the same page about what was going on

  I have stopped at this location a fair amount in the past and have always been happy with the food and service. I tend to stop in on the weekends anytime between 11 and 5. The last three times I've gone in for a sandwich though, they've been out of bread. It's clearly hard for the people who work there because they always let me stand at the register for a few minutes and watch me uncomfortably until someone finally gets the nerve to tell me the wait is at least 30-40 minutes. This is so awkward! Even if they just greeted me as I walked though the door and let me know, I would be happier. Instead I walk into a room where I'm clearly unwelcome and purposely ignored (as if they hope I will just leave on my own). I get some people might get angry, but I just want to be told so I don't waste more time. One time is a mistake. Twice is unlucky. Three times means there is something wrong. Not sure what has changed in the last few months, but I don't recommend going here. They never seem to have food anymore.

  Staff so wonderful and friendly. Great place to have a good lunch
