Next time ordering Einstein’s Bagels, better sandwich, better assembly, listens to customers and crafts bagel as expected and tastes better

Which is agonizing, considering how quick and reliable this place used to be :/ I feel forced to look for a more reliable alternative now, which is a shame because we love their bagels.
