- KJKyle June1 day ago1.0Ordered take out and showed up 20 minutes late to be confident I wouldn't have to wait for my order. I was told 10-15 minute wait for pickup orders when I got there since they only had 1 person working today.
- DHD HAug 18, 20261.0The store was great when it first opened up but I went in there yesterday to get dinner customer service was terrible the lady at the register shirt was pulled up in the back her back was showing staff wasn't friendly the glass to the doors were dirty the eating area was dirty with corn and rice on the floor the mats that are in the dining area need to be washed their dirty the employees seem like they don't want to be there all three employees were rude not courteous the food wasn't fresh the store has really gone down in a matter of months

- HLHillary LeonardJul 30, 20262.0It seems this store has training issues. Everytime I go I seem to encounter an issue or a long wait time. I don't blame the workers at all but I do blame the store and regional leadership that clearly do not care. I decided to give this store one last shot after our last queso debacle. This time the store gave me Diablo queso which I tried to rectify before I left with my food. Instead I was told that they didn't have regular queso so thought it would be acceptable to replace with something I can't eat and put it on my tacos as well, which I didn't know until I got home. They were willing to replace it with guacamole but that's not the point or what I wanted. Either they should have canceled the queso, or offered a refund. Not decide what I can or can't eat. Clearly though this is a training issue and a food safety issue that leadership has either taught them to do or is okay with them doing. Avoid this franchise until their regional manager gets replaced.
