I'm not sure what's wrong with this place but given the multiple hiring all positions signs everywhere, I have an idea as to the many issues occurring at this location. I worked in pizza myself as a teen so I really try to not be too hard. I took pride in making delicious food, even then. I ordered 2 regular medium pizzas and when I got home, I was given what looks like their gluten crust or thin crust. I was trying to let it go but it also doesn't taste like much, and looks so thrown together, sloppy, and skimpy. As if whoever is making it really did not care. I'm 7 months pregnant and feeding my 2 children, it's a school night, and just so disappointed at the lack of service and work ethic in the pizza craftsmanship. When I called they did offer me either a refund or to remake them, but denied making any mistake. I could also hear a man in the background speaking ill about why I was calling. I don't order from this location often and I will steer clear myself and to anyone who tries to order. This establishment needs serious work before it's too late. I imagine doors will close sooner than later. The service and quality alone was enough to make me never want to go back, ever. I was not driving all the way back to "prove they were made wrong" when it's late, I have to feed my kids and get them ready for school the next day. 0/10

So , I Love Papa John's Pizza, but the last three times I've ordered from this location, it has been awful. Frozen pizza would have been better. This location use to be fantastic, but unfortunately not anymore. I do want to note the older man that was a delivery driver was excellent,as well as the girl. I haven't really ate at another Papa John's lately to say that it is completely bad, this location is.

The girl in glasses appears to always be working hard every time I order. The service and friendliness is beyond comparison. Food great. Service great. Smiles great.
