I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome somewhere. We were visiting this location for the first time for my daughter’s birthday. We absolutely love all the canton locations. As we’re two cars back we hear the employee with what looked like red hair complaining about having to make my drink. Whatever I let it go. As we pull up another worker asked if we want ice in my daughters strawberry milk I said yes(also added in the app) she goes back to again tell the redhead who SCREAMS at the top of her lungs like a toddler because she already made it with no ice. I won’t be back after ruining my kids birthday and making her feel like an inconvenience over someone having to do the job they applied for and make a strawberry milk.

Celeste is the best manager at any 7 brew I have been to. Always greet you with a smile very accommodating. Her staff is also some of the friendliest around. Which all locations I like this one. The drinks are always correct.

I placed an order ahead of time for a tea with milk and headed to 7brew. I arrived at 9:29 and a girl came over quickly and scanned my pickup code and took my payment. Then I get up to the window as there was only 1 person in front me and there’s at least 8 people in there but most are swatting at bees with fly swatters or just standing around. Only saw 2 actually working. There were also about 6 more people sitting at a bench outside on the other side who I presume work there as they were obnoxiously talking to the other workers on a personal level. It gets to be about 9:45, so I’ve been here about 15 minutes now so I ask (have to yell excuse me 5 times to get anyone’s attention) about the status of my single drink that I, remember, preordered in the app. I’m told they “had to remake it a few times” (the only thing I added when I placed order was milk, shouldn’t be so hard that it needs to be remade multiple times). I finally received my drink and left at 9:48am, nearly 20 minutes later with a drink that honestly just tastes like water. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. I understand that teenagers are cheaper labor, but you can’t have a staff of only teenagers and expect quality product or customer service.
