  I enjoy coming here, everyone is always nice and helpful when wanting to try something new! But this morning, made the experience even better. They wouldn’t of known what my morning was like, or how bad I was feeling I pull in order handed a coupon got up got my drinks and ended up with both for free because of a slight problem. They assured me it was on them and to enjoy. The girls were so sweet 🥹 I literally cannot talk more highly of this place. I’m thankful for the staff!

  This has to be the worst location ever. In quality and friendliness. Almost every time I stop by this location they get at least 1-2 drinks wrong. Every time. I'm not even ordering anything crazy, these are simple drinks. No one is friendly, and no one actually listens to what you order. One girl won't even step outside of the building to take orders. I'll stick with the Falls location in the future.

  I go to seven brew all the time and the one in green before work. Every time I’ve gone it’s been such a negative experience. I went yesterday for the first time in a month at this location the girl on the iPad was so short and rude and put in my order wrong… so then I pull up and tell the other girl and the manager I believe it was threw the drink down and started making my correct one and was so rude about the whole thing. For somewhere that’s supposed to be positive it was truly a negative experience

  I absolutely LOVE 7brew! That being said, this is the absolute worst location I have ever had the misfortune of getting a drink from. Their service is by far the slowest of any that I’ve been to. Their drinks are not equal to that of other branches. They rarely turn on their lights so it often looks like they’re closed. Their staff are not walking down the lines taking orders, but only taking orders of the next car. They seem to have far more staff than other locations and yet can’t equal the quality of other locations. I wouldn’t recommend this place if there’s another location closer to you or if you’re willing to wait to drive to either North Canton or Massillon.

  The gentleman who took our order was lovely but when our drink were done the lady who gave us them very rudely slammed them on the window. No hello or here you go just slam and she didn’t say a thing. And they forgot the coldfom and then forgot again and had to ask.
