    I have never been treated so rudely in a Dairy Queen like tonight. I ordered online, apparently there was an issue with the transmission. I showed the email to the cashier, she called a male employee over. Instead of him trying to make it right, he blew it off. Didn't offer to make the order. It was one cheeseburger. Order quite a few times from Dairy Queen a month....this will be the last from Twinsburg. I will go back to Seven Hills. At least Seven Hills would have offered to make the order to make it right. My first order went thru fine. If I could give no stars I would have.

    I’ve ordered the M&M Blizzard here many times, and it’s very inconsistent. Half the time it comes without the chocolate sauce even though I was told it’s supposed to include it. I’ve asked them to remember, but it still gets forgotten often. Disappointing

    The girl taking the orders in the drive-through was very pleasant and friendly however, the blond teen girl who completed the transaction was very rude And her customer service was horrible. FYI, when someone says thank you it’s courteous to say you’re welcome or say anything but rolling your eyes is uncalled for.. You could tell she definitely didn’t want to be there but do better!!

    Ordered 2 seven dollar chicken meals at drive thru. Gave me my 2 sundaes then said pull up and we will bring food out. 4 vehicles behind me received their food orders before me. Waved employee down outside. They gave my food to someone else. Took 25 minutes to get food. These new employees are clueless.
