  I'm very familiar with fast food (too familiar!). I can say with absolute certainty that the Twinsburg Arby's has the very best service. Workers are friendly. There's never a frustrating long wait. The food is very good too. This establishment is impressive.

  Are your posted hours correct? I tried the drive through at 9:45 and received the automated message that they were closed. As I waited in line next door at Dairy Queen, two workers came to bring out the trash and I asked them about it. His very rude response was, “Pull up to the drive through and you’ll see.” I said, “I’m looking on line and it says you close at 10 (it was 9:50).” They just ignored me and sat there talking to each other and texting on their phones. I let them know I would be writing this review and calling the store tomorrow.
