  Ordered a half pound cheese steak and the picture is what I got. Screw me once shame on you, this place will not get a second chance. The garbage can got the rest of that so called cheese steak absolutely horrible. Almost $16 mostly wasted, the jalapeno bites are good. Still won't be back here again 🤢

  TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE. Tried to go inside to order and the young man did not know how to work the register and asked another employee for help who then said “it’s not my job.” I sat inside the restaurant waiting for someone to take my order and no one ever greeted me so I just walked out because I felt unwelcome.

  I'm very familiar with fast food (too familiar!). I can say with absolute certainty that the Twinsburg Arby's has the very best service. Workers are friendly. There's never a frustrating long wait. The food is very good too. This establishment is impressive.
