  We walked in the floors were so sticky, we just stuck to the floor through out the whole dinning room. We ordered our food, sat down to wait. Ended up waiting 35 min for our food. 6 other people who walked in after and ordered, got their food first. After 35 min I tried to go up to ask if they were working on the order which I was ignored and they kept talking and ignoring anyone at the counter. The manager stood around doing nothing.

  I came in today it was pretty but there’s no excuse for this. i saw the male that was working today make my food and set my food a side for 10 minutes and then finally give it to me, i was a little pissed off but whatever. i get home and start eating my loaded nachos fries and there was barely any fries, and instead of putting chicken in it like it supposed to he put anything else but chicken, there’s beef and steak in it and a pile of cheese on barley any fries..(yes i did order it WITH chicken did not change the meat)

  I went to this taco bell on 4/28/26 7pm or so. I approach the counter to order and i am ignored for about 5 minutes even though they weren't very busy. I'm assuming I'm being forced into using their kiosk which i will never use again. There is a counter register for a reason and I prefer ordering that way. I was hungry so I went ahead and ordered through the kiosk. A couple of cheesey double beef burritos, cinnamon twists and a soft drink. For dine in. They call my name 12 to 15 minutes later so I go to the counter to get my order. The guy that called my name had went back to what he was doing and left my to go bag on the counter without my drink. I stand there in plain view waiting to get someone's attention so I could get my cup. I wait for about 3 minutes and realize that although they knew I was there, nobody chose to see what I needed so I spoke up. I asked out loud to anyone within earshot, can someone please get my cup? The guy that gave me my dine in to go order gave me a cup. I politely said thank you and he looked at me like I was an idiot, turned around silently and went back to work. I go on about my business, fill my drink and go sit down to eat my dine in order out of my to go bag. The food was fresh enough but not what I was expecting. I ordered 2 cheesey double beef burritos and cinnamon twists and what I actually got was 2 triple rice, single beef and not so cheesey burritos that were half-ass wrapped and a bag bottom full of a few cinnamon twists and a bunch of crumbs. Frustrated, I ate my food and left. In what alternate universe is this OK? Customer service and food quality was horrible. Do better taco bell, i won't experience this very many times before I call it quits.

  A lot of people stop in to fast food stops right off the interstate for a quick meal... Nothing quick here. 18 minutes for a lunch order for 1 person .. (which is ok if you're really busy...) But... 4 people in the kitchen, only two making food. A fifth person in the office, seemingly unconcerned. Management might need to be re-trained. Dining room had a few tables with leftover garbage from previous customers. Food was tasty, but avoid if in a hurry.

  After waiting 45 minutes for our drive through order, we didn’t get what we ordered. Too frustrated to go back and deal with them to fix it. We use to enjoy Taco Bell when we lived in Sidney. Food was good small wait at times but this location has ruined that. We will never spend our money at any Taco Bell location again.. Congratulations management, you allowed a simple task to apparently become next to impossible and ruined any future business. If you can’t operate properly then shut down and train your crew. Fast food isn’t a hard task to teach.
