- CPCaleb Pierce3 days ago4.0Typically, Papa John’s is a five star. I will admit it’s Saturday 7:29 PM. They are slammed inside. I waited about four minutes to get waited on the first time and he said the pizzas will be up in a minute. About seven minutes later, he went to the register check someone else out. I’m putting this message in the middle of my review just to see if corporate pays attention. If they reply with an apology. I’ll change it to five star. They got fresh pizza. Then he looked on the counter and he noticed mine had been up there the entire time. Tonight we get cold pizza

It was supposed to be a 15 minute wait, but after the terrible workers just decided to not make our pizzas without telling us, we left after 45 minutes of waiting after getting told twice they had to “remake the pizzas”. 8 workers and we were the only ones waiting inside, while they made pizzas for other people who came in and out. 8 workers who couldn’t make a cheese and pepperoni pizza in 45 minutes. Shouldn't be this hard, so sad.
