  No longer "freaky fast". I ordered food for on my lunch break to be delivered and it took an hour. I was maybe 3 blocks away (under a minute drive). I've ordered from them before on my lunch break and had it delivered and it has always been super fast (under 15 minutes). It has been a few years since I have ordered from them, but I decided to order for delivery. It all looked great online, but about 10 minutes after I ordered I got an uber eats notification. They no longer deliver their own food! I had no idea and it didnt say otherwise online. My lunch time is dependent on patients so often I don't get much time to eat. I figured I would try them since they're fast. I was mistaken. I probably wont do delivery and only dine in from now on.

  Work at the local hospital and order large orders of Jimmy John’s regularly. Inevitably there is always one sandwich missing in the order and most recently one of sandwich’s didn’t have meat on it. When the staff member brought the corrected sandwich to us, she was very rude as if it was our fault for their mistake. We will be making a new choice when it comes to our lunch order from here on out as Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill.

  Staff is rude and slow sometimes they mess up the sandwich. I was waiting on my pickup order and one of the staff yelled at me “what are you waiting for?!” With an attitude.
