  Husband got home and au jus had leaked through the entire bag. Clearly the lid wasn’t put on securely. The bag was dripping and left stains on our blanket and in the car.

  we ordered the cheesesteak and it looks entirely different than advertised, and this is after we added cheese too it, before it looked like literal prison food. we also found a hair in it but i didnt get a photo of that. 17$ for that fries and a shake is diabolical.

  The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly welcoming or attentive either. I had to ask for assistance multiple times and was ignored until I finally had to raise my voice to get a response. When I mentioned that the Horsey Sauce dispenser was not working, I felt like the employee spoke to me in a way that came across as dismissive and made me feel unintelligent. On top of that, the Diet Dr. Pepper fountain machine sprayed water all over me when I tried to use it. Overall, the experience was frustrating and lacked the level of customer service and maintenance I would expect.
