If you order online, you have to get in a different lane to get to the second window, but you have to cut across in front of the cars in the other lane, and back up to get close enough to the window. It's very awkward, especially if you are in a longer vehicle. One day I waited 20 minutes at the second window, while people at the first window kept getting their orders and leaving. One rude lady laughed really loud out her window at me as she drove by.
