  Waited forever for them to acknowledge I was waiting. After 10 mins waiting and no greeting and letting me know they'd be with me shortly. They didn't acknowledge me till I started to leave 😑

  This place is horrible. I placed a pick up order. The app doesn’t allow you to send someone to pick up the food. It will tell you you’re too far away. Then when I called to ask if they could run it out to him. They said that they were “too busy”. What is the point of ordering ahead if they can’t complete the orders properly. The most stupid idea in an app and the staff was super unhelpful and rude. The food was not correct and melted and ruined..

  We don't have a Sonic near us when we were out in the area I decided to download the app and place an online order. We mainly wanted milkshakes but also got a chicken wrap and a bacon cheeseburger. On the plus side both of those were pretty good. When I arrived I parked in the area and put in my number but then nothing else happened. After about 10 minutes I've seen a waitress going back into the building so I called out to her and said I wasn't sure what to do and she pretty rudely said "I was waiting on another customer I'll be with you in a minute". So we waited about another 10 minutes even though the app said my food was ready 20 minutes earlier. We got our stuff and went to the park. The shakes are pretty good but about halfway through mine I got a mouth full of a horrible chemical taste and had to immediately start spitting it out. I think it might have just been the strawberry syrup was clumped together or something but I definitely wasn't going to drink anymore. Needless to say we won't be coming back, at least to this one.

  I have been to this sonic a few times. The workers do get very frustrated. I was charged with the wrong order through drive thru and they tried to give me the wrong order. I corrected them at the window and I could see that the lady at the window was frustrated. She was still pleasant with me and wanted to get it corrected. I do think service can be improved like getting orders correct. I think there needs to be more team communication. Also I feel like everyone time I have came here they are stingy on the sauce packets. I got 2 tiny ketchups for fries. And with a medium mozzarella stick got one small tub of marinara. That small tub is only good for 4 mozzarella sticks. 2 would have been better. Would like to see more sauce packet given in drive thru.

  .. after reading all the horrible reviews bc no one has anything good to say about this place. I think it's time to fire ur rude Workers and hire some new ppl ... Literally not 1 good reviews in months .... Now onto MY EXPERIENCE.TERRABLE Workers are rude and snobby ... They have very poor quality food and service!!!! Bland no flavor bc they don't put enough of anything in your order. Then if u use door dash and call telling them they messed up ur order . They say take it up with door dash ...lmao .. girl bye y'all made my order not door dash
