  I have eaten at Regalo several times in the last three years and have NEVER been disappointed. The atmosphere is fancy yet relaxed, the food has always been delicious and plenty for the money, a glass of wine is reasonably priced and there is usually not a long wait; all of that being said, the service is friendly and accommodating…Passion the Hostess always greets you with a smile . Ask for JANIS the absolute BEST server the Casino has!! As a regular, Janis treats me like family every time I see her, she’s hopping all night long to get your order in to the kitchen and back to you as quickly as you need. If you’re in a hurry? She’s on it! with nothing missing from your to go bag…If you are relaxing for a long dinner experience? she won’t rush you along. The order is right every time!! Ask for Janis!!! You won’t be sorry.

  Absolutely terrible. There were four of us. The bread and butter were fine, I ordered the endive and apple salad, which was absolutely delicious. Our friends ordered the mixed green salad, which was also fine. When the meals arrived, they were all terrible—actually pretty undible . The chicken Parmesan sauce tasted like it was made only tomato paste, and the chicken francese tasted like cardboard. The chicken Marsala barely had any chicken, and everything on the plate was really mushy. We also ordered the pasta in the pinwheel, which I believe cost $36. There was so much brandy in the pasta that you couldn’t taste anything else. Also, the gentleman cooking table-side was not wearing gloves and had a long beard. Right there, I should have known better, and we should have just left. I know there are mixed reviews, but honestly, save your money. Don’t eat here!!! Don’t eat here, even if it’s comped all of us felt sick for most of the night

  The presentation was awesome! My cousins wife ordered the pasta she said it was very good!!! On the other hand nothing else was good the lasagna was just OK large portion. The video on social media looked so great! The Caesar salad was beautiful, but the Caesar dressing was so sour. My lamb chops I so thought I was being pranked Absolutely no flavor seasoning. Not even a char on top of my medium lamb chops. Brussels sprouts I was so surprise that they was some type of butter sauce …I don’t know it wasn’t good. It was like what I remember as a child! I thought that everyone fry them today …my mashed potatoes weren’t so bad but salty I was confused. It was important visiting home and eating god good !!! Looked good on paper!!! $152 later nasty not worth it drinks just ok bread just ok chef maybe he was out of it or she not sure what happen..Our server she was so on point she did a great Job we appreciate her Janise. 🙏🏾 Thank you for your service !!!

  We had the opportunity to dine at Regalo on Friday July 31. We made a reservation but the restaurant wasn’t busy at 630 pm. Our server, Derrick, was outstanding. He explained menu items and remained courteous and professional throughout the entire meal. I only gave 4 stars because it is advertised as authentic Italian. The food was delicious but we believed it not to be authentic. Thank you so much, Derrick!!

  The wife and I had a rough day on the slots and decided to pop in here to split some apps. Let's start with a positive. The complementary bread and garlic butter is to die for. We tried the classic tomato bruschetta and let me tell you, the char on that bread was smoky and unforgettable. Now to the less-than-great part of the evening. We also shared the trio of house made meatballs. I've never had a meatball so unseasoned and bland in my 57 years. The color of the meat was gray, making it hard to tell what meats were mixed into it. The menu did not specify. The alfredo sauce was the best of the three in the tri0. The spaghetti sauce was basic and about what you'd expect. The pesto, however, was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. It was as bright green as the Spotify logo, thin, and runny. Very off-putting visual and did not taste anything like pesto. Although we only had 2 appetizers and this was on a Wednesday evening, our waitress did not attend to us for quite some time after bringing out our shared apps. This put us in quite a bit of a time crunch, which was inconvenient. I do have to say, the atmosphere of any restaurant that's in this space within the Hollywood Casino is wonderful. Being in the center of a casino is unbeatable. The sounds and sights of slots and jackpots never gets old. Overall, not excited to return to this restaurant because of the slow service and odd-tasting food.
