As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Then the woman said they already handed out my order so at this point they just straight up lied to my face just to avoid remaking it. The staff was insanely rude and tried escalating the situation. Received my refund from DD, but will never be back.

- BFBrad FarmerApr 17, 20261.0This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. We were told to pull over to the other window for chicken tenders, was told 7 minutes. We had placed our order at 5:22. Our food was sitting on the counter fries were cold so we asked for fresh fries, the look we got was are you kidding me???? They did make the fries hot. The we waited for a shake. We finally got our order at 5:59!!!! I called corporate after the incident. It was offered a large fry for compensation. This is ridiculous. I would not suggest you spend your money nor your time at this establishment.
