  They were out of Steak, queso, chips, guac, corn, and pico. The portion sizes were tiny as well. The manager was rude and bossing around all of the other workers. I tried to scan my rewards and he said “you scan when I tell you to.” The workers also told us we couldn’t order quesadillas or burritos because they didn’t know how to make them. Very bad experience and that dude needs to be fired.

  I went in with my friends and we were greeted by a guy who didn’t know how to make burritos or quesadillas, like bro that’s the whole menu. Then the manager stepped in and was extremely rude and bullying around the other workers. Very disrespectful and terrible portion sizes. Out of chips AND quac too. Overall bad experience, do better.

  Had to wait over 20 mins to to get my food which i placed ahead of time as a pick up order. It was not busy with only 2 customers besides me in the building. Staff spends more time talking then actually making the food.

  This place puts Chipotle into shame, way better options, ingredients, toppings, better quality of meats and fair amount of meats not like stingy chipotle. I was served by this awesome young lady Zarrein with a great personality and great manners. I will be back and thank you Zarrein.

  Have ordered on the app twice and both times the order was wrong. The first time I thought it was a fluke, now I know that they are not capable of putting together an order correctly. The first order I was supposed to get chips and guac, they gave me broken taco shells? Does that mean they were out of chips? Not really the same. Tonight I ordered a salad because I like the edible shell that the salad comes in. It did not come in the shell, and they wrapped up a large tortilla in aluminum foil and stuck it in my bag. Were they out of the shells and substituted? Not at all the same. Twice I have NOT gotten what I wanted. Neither time did they include the dressing on the side nor the cutlery which was supposed to be in the bag. I definitely do NOT recommend going to this location! They seem to be out of a lot of things and they make substitutions without even asking you or letting you know that they don’t have what you’re ordering. I’ll drive to Perrysburg if I want to go to QDOBA again, but that’s a 25 minute drive from here so I’m not sure it’s worth it. I guess I’ll stick with Chipotle.
