  Absolutely terrible experience due to the way the general manager handled customer service. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. The staff appeared poorly supervised, and the overall atmosphere reflected a lack of leadership. I never received my pizza, yet the general manager insisted that it was delivered and refused to provide a refund. Rather than listening to a legitimate customer complaint or investigating what happened, the manager chose to dismiss my concerns and avoid taking responsibility. Being charged for food that never arrived is bad enough, but being treated like the customer is the problem is even worse. The general manager’s attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer service. If management is willing to deny refunds for orders customers never receive, it raises serious concerns about how this location is being run. I wasted my money, my time, and got absolutely nowhere trying to resolve the issue. This location has lost my business permanently. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here, because if something goes wrong, don’t expect management to make it right.

  The pizza itself was ok!!! But the hut seasoning was little to none. The garlic that was added as a topping wasn't even added or not flavorful.

  These people don’t know how to talk to anybody there service sucks and I can tell there lives do too by the way they talk to folks 😂👎🏽‼️
