  The female manager on shift right now is rude. I order a pizza on Friday at 12:10am. The restaurant hours on the door say they are open until 12am however their website let me order because it says online there are open until 1am. I called today to asked for a refund or the pizza I would have took either, that’s what I told Jennifer she said let her get her manager. Jennifer was very nice. The manager who didn’t say her name was very rude and defensive. She proceed to go back and forth with me , stating at first she didn’t see an order with that number after she asked for phone number. I told her I had an order number. She began to argue to that she was there that night and why didn’t I come in. I told her it was one car in the parking lot , their lobby looked closed , with the hours on the door stating they closed at midnight. Another car pulled up and didn’t get their food yet either. Instead of blaming the customer , how about your all update your online services with the correct hours or stay open when you all suppose too. What ever lady manager on shift right now on 7-5-26 at 530pm is very rude. I except my refund no later than Tuesday. I will never order from here again.

  There was a toddler running, barefoot in the kitchen Area. When I showed concerns about the child safety, one of the employees a.k.a. the mother came to the front counter and stated that the floors were clean, so it was OK and also if I had my own children and kids to take care of, I should mind my business. i’ve worked fast food before and I’m pretty sure the employee handbook does not allow anyone to be barefoot in the kitchen Area that was definitely a safety hazard for the child’s life And the building itself.

  My "order" was Simple. Extra Cheese Pizza with Garlic Crust & 2 Cups of Garlic Sauce...instead I got just a Plain NOT "Etra Cheese" Pizza & You know what else It DID NOT come with??? NO GARLIC BUTTER CRUST! some of my Pizza is Thin! & other pieces Thick!....the Hell did I wait 45 mins for? when i live less than 1 Mile from this Location when it Advertises (15 Mins) I get Mistakes happen but like??? I paid for 3 things that I DID NOT GET and I still gave the Driver a Nice $$...This location SUCKS! Thanks to Their Own Workers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ...unless Your "Rich" & just got $$$ to give away.

  I waited 2 hours and got the wrong order this is not the first time but it will definitely be the last time ordering from this location
