- SWSoLaR wolfSep 14, 20262.0I eat at this Papa John’s all the time and have always considered it a 5-star place. The food is usually 100/100, the regular staff are great, and they even know my usual order. Unfortunately, today was completely different. There was an issue with my pizza, so I went back inside and waited at the counter to explain what happened. A blonde-haired employee came over and, instead of saying hello or asking if something was wrong, I was greeted with an elevated and rude “What!” The attitude immediately caught me off guard. I showed her what was wrong with the pizza and asked if she could remake it. She seemed extremely annoyed that I was even asking, almost like it was somehow my fault that the pizza was messed up. I wasn’t being rude or demanding—I simply wanted the pizza I paid for made correctly. I’m a regular here and normally have nothing but good things to say about this location. The usual staff are awesome and the food is consistently great, which is why this interaction stood out so much. I really think management needs to speak with this new employee about how she talks to customers. There was absolutely no reason for the rude attitude, especially toward someone simply asking for their order to be fixed. This definitely isn’t the customer service I’m used to from this Papa John’s. Below I have the photos before and after. It had a spot where no sauce or cheese or anything was put so it was hard and dry as hell.
