  I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s location. The breakfast was fresh and genuinely enjoyable, and the staff stood out as especially friendly and attentive. The cashier went out of her way to make sure my order was handled properly and even checked in to ask how my meal was, which is something you don’t always see. Overall, the service felt personal and welcoming, and the food exceeded my expectations for a fast food stop. I left satisfied and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quick service with a team that actually cares about their customers.

  I have had issues with this McDonald’s before, they used to be great service wise. I will say they are usually always nice, but all I ordered was an iced coffee. They made me wait in a spot for it which is not like them. I waited 12 minutes before driving away, so I paid for a coffee I never got. This McDonald’s needs to be better with speed of service. It’s fast food.

  I just went through their drive-through to buy a medium coffee and they didn’t put the lid on all the way which caused my very hot coffee to spill all over me. They never apologized and actually laughed while they handed me napkins and a lid after I asked. When I put the new lid on, it was pretty easy to close. I would not recommend buying coffee from the drive-through as the employees are incapable of doing basic duties or provide quality service.

  Literally worst mcdonalds in city, it's on my morning commute. Every visit in the am around 7 there's new excuse. Either they take 20 min, only excepting mobile orders, only excepting cash. Or sometimes you drive up and all workers are sitting in lobby refusing to work.. the workers are rude and nasty over the simplest things... Place is joke. Drive extra 5 min to holland sylvania or talmadge.. Beginning to think this mcdonalds is reject home to all workers who couldn't make it at any other store..

  i assume all reject McDonald workers across Toledo get put at this location. worst service i have ever received and everyone in there looks and acts miserable. workers will watch you waiting to be helped, pretend you dont exist and get upset when they have to do their job. avoid this location. take the 7 minute drive to the Talmadge or Central ave mcdonalds, you will have a much better experience.
