- CDCindy DavisMay 6, 20261.0I ordered 1 large diet Coke on their machine and paid with machine. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink! Those machines are the worst idea ever! No one is available to help at the counter any more! I tried a different McDonald's the week before and their machine wasn't working properly. I requested help with the help button on the machine and no one ever came! I finally walked out without any food! McDonald's better wise up and get rid of the machine and start helping their customers again! I don't ever want to go to a McDonald's again!

Thats a fact for sure
