  Worse ever waited for an hour one time for my mobil order and i order 4 pies and they forgot 2 called to ask if i could come back for it nobody picked up the phone they are all slow thank goodness this isnt my mcdonalds worse experience ever dont even trust them to give me a drink right

  If I could give it a zero I would. We are traveling and stopped because it has a play place for the kids. Walked in and there was multiple unhappy people standing at the counter because there weren’t any fries. Should have taken that as a warning. The kiosks were not working, said everything was out of order. Got to the counter to order, and a younger lady was working the counter by herself, you could tell she was new, which was fine, until she said we could not order a meal. She did end up getting a manager to show her how to order (which he did not show her, just did it) that’s when things went down hill. He gave us an attitude and walked off. We were not finished with ordering, she went to go ask for help and started yelling and cussing to other co workers about us and the young lady working, mind you this was a manager. We stood in line and tried ordering for 20 minutes before we just walked out. That is no way to treat customers or co work workers. So whoever that manager was, shame on them for running their store like that and training their workers like that.

  We ordered drive through and the person tried to check us out before we finished ordering. Then was very rude about the crispy chicken sandwich we ordered. At the window she was rude again to us about having tap to pay. Worst service I’ve had at a fast food place. Didn’t get the correct drink, unsalted fries, as well as modifications wrong.
