- VIVincent inVentsSep 16, 20261.0NEVER TASTES RIGHT - NOT RECOMMENDED Only a 25% chance you end up with something you can actually eat here. I've had good chicken from here before which is why every once in a while I'll come back to get an order and hope it tastes good. More often then not I am disappointed with the flavor and texture of the food. There has been multiple occasions where the food here just doesn't taste right or is down right inedible, especially when it's sat underneath the heat lamps for so long the chicken has dried out and become un-chewable. I have decided to never eat here again after today due to the fact that the chicken I bought tasted like it had been fried in oil that had either gone rancid or was tainted by rotting meat, that and the potato wedges were dried out husks of what they should have been, burnt and hard. Thankfully the honey butter biscuit was fine. After trying to eat as much as I could of my meal, I couldn't get the awful taste out of my mouth for hours, and I felt like I was going to be sick.

When I said I wanted to order she walked over to the ordering kiosk and put the order in the, left me standing there. Another customer told me I had ro go pay at the front counter. After paying I went back to the chicken counter and found the 2 chicken dinners I ordered sitting there in a bag. When I got home and we starting eating nothing tasted good at all. We gave over half of it to our dog. We will NEVER go back again. It has been a couple hours and we are hoping we didn't get food poisoning!
