  Great attention to allergies and food intolerances; I appreciate feeling safe eating my food. I cannot trust many other places to put in as much effort to reduce cross contamination. Besides this, delicious as heck, and excellent service. This is a top notch pizza restaurant!

  We love Home Slice pizza and come here almost every time we are in Toledo. The DeCarlo is our favorite pizza but we also love the potato, spinach and artichoke, and chicken parm pizzas. The people who work here are always friendly whether we dine in or carry out. Great place all around!

  We got the soprano and cheese bread. The pizza was delicious as always. Put on a pick up order online for 10:45. Got a text saying new pick up was 10:50. Got there and had to wait another 12 minutes. Food was delicious and is one of the best pizzas in town in my opinion. But need to work on being more on time.

  The friendliest people I ran into in Toledo! Service was pretty quick and they helped get my pizza out quickly as I was heading home after the game. Happened to stop by here because I went somewhere else first but was never served. Pizza crust was pretty thin. Would have preferred just slightly thicker. Some of the smaller pizzas had a thicker crust. Toppings were pretty good. I had the BBQ chicken and another chicken on with a kick to it. I had enough for leftovers for the next day. Seating was full where you order. A bar upstairs was mentioned, but I didn’t want to go up there. I’d come back again for sure based on the service I had and try a few other pizzas. Thank you for the great service!

  Comedy night on Sundays is a must if you're in the area. Love the atmosphere and upstairs venue. The staff were great and the food is excellent. The reason for 2 stars: I ordered two Shirley temples. The sprite was just carbonated water. The bartender was great and swapped them out for two cokes with grenadine. The total was $5.15 and I left a tip of $1.85 with a $7.00 total for the bill. I received a notification on my cash app that the bill was updated with the tip equaling a total amount of $13.00. I called the restaurant and the nice guys who work in the kitchen passed along the message for management to contact me. Days later and still no phone call, so I called back again and left my info a second time. I was told it would be investigated and I still have yet to receive a resolution. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but integrity is very important to me and I feel wronged by an establishment that I speak so highly of and hold in high regards. My friends do comedy there and it's just down right embarrassing. I plan on updating my review and removing this one once a resolution is reached. I'm hoping this was just an honest mistake and that Home Slice will make it right. Thank you
