My boyfriend is partially deaf, and she was speaking so quietly that he had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Instead of speaking up or being patient, she became increasingly annoyed and seemed angry every time he asked her to repeat what she said. While we were waiting for our food, she continued giving us dirty looks, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Having a disability that makes it difficult to hear shouldn’t result in someone being treated like an inconvenience. If you don’t have the patience or basic courtesy to work with customers, especially customers who may have disabilities, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. We left feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I have a SERVER allergy to tomatoes and she’s always extremely snotty!! My allergy is not a game and I feel she always inconsiderate, today she happened to be the cook, got an attitude when the guy (might be new) wanted to ask the manager how to put it in she got an attitude.. I’m not comfortable with her touching anything of mine! So if you have a server food allergy avoid this 5 guys please!! No one wants to end up in the ER because someone with an attitude tried to kill you by just not changing their gloves…
